The meeting will be held in Kingston Ontario, February 18 to 20, 2013 (corrected dates). It will include scientific DASP sessions (2 days) and a meeting (1 day) organized by the CSA.
Deadline for the registration and abstract submission is January 15, 2013 . Please use the attached templates: abstract (Word Document) and registration (Word Document).
Venue: The meeting will take place at Residence Inn by Marriott, 7 Earl street, Kingston Ontario (in St. Lawrence B ballrom). A block of rooms at the Residence Inn by Marriott is put on hold for the participants until January 16, 2013 at the special government rate (119.00 per night, including breakfast). All rooms at this hotel are suites and include a well-equipped kitchenette. Please, make your reservations early , as the conference dates coincide with a major curling tournament (Scotties Tournament of Hearts) and Kingston hotels are likely to be extremely busy.

Travel information: Kingston is accessible by airlink (airport code YGK, beware that there are several Kingstons) from Toronto Pearson International airport and by VIA Rail from Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. It is within easy driving range from three major Canadian airports (Toronto ~ 3.5 hours; Ottawa ~2.5 hours; Montreal ~3.5 hours).
